On Friday, June 12th, Aaron's youngest sister RaShea and her fiance Jordan were married in the SLC temple. We spent the day doing wedding funnary. (maybe that isn't a real word, but it sounds cool)
We took lots of pictures outside the temple, we had yummy Greek food at the luncheon and helped in the kitchen / lounged around during the reception. I have to give props to the Jenkins' neighbor, Chase Broadhead, who volunteered to dish up all the treats (cheesecake, sheet cake, key lime pie, cream puffs and chocolate pie) and organize the kitchen. He even helped clean afterwards. That was an awesome act of service.
We did a number on Jordan's car with window paint, confetti, streamers, lipstick kisses, cake and other various unmentionable items. The newly married Drakes thought they were in the clear by hiding the other car at the Jenkins house, but some of the family found it and decorated it too. This reminded me of my car and how Aaron and I immediately headed to a car wash to scrub the "funnary" off. (boy, I love using that word!)
